Craig resident Lillian Isabel Myrick died April 12, 2003, at The Memorial Hospital in Craig. She was 76.
Myrick was born March 5, 1927, in Winton, Wyo., to Quinton and Isabel (Auld) Gault. She was raised and attended school in Wyoming. She worked as a telephone operator for Weyhouser Company in Washington State and then lived in Thermopolis, Wyo.
Myrick moved to Craig 13 years ago and worked for a time at the laundry at Valley View Manor Nursing Home.
She enjoyed doing things with her family and was a member of the Eagles Lodge #3531.
Myrick is survived by her daughter, Karen Bunk, of Craig, Colo., and granddaughter, Corine Bunk, of Denver.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and her husband, James.
Services were April 16, 2003, at Grant Mortuary Chapel with Tim Driver officiating. The organist was Elaine DeuPree with Joyce Miller at the soloist. Selections were "The Old Rugged Cross" and "How Great Thou Art."
Honorary pallbearers were all her many friends.
Interment was April 17 at Monument Hill Cemetery in Thermopolis, Wyo., with Calvin Voigt officiating.
