Former Craig resident Margolyn (Margo) Jane Warren-Cuppett, of Grand Junction, Colo., died March 28, 2003, in her home. She was 39.
Warren-Cuppett was born Aug. 2, 1963, in Denver, Colo. Her childhood was spent in Craig with parents, Jim and Marna Warren, and brother, Jack. The family moved to Ridgeway, Colo., in 1976. There, Warren-Cuppett attended high school, graduating with the class of 1981. She married Robert Wolford and had two children, Shane Ryan in 1983 and Jade Nicole in 1985. The couple later divorced.
In 1988, Warren-Cuppett moved to Montrose, Colo., and attended Delta-Montrose Vo-Tech studying practical nursing. The following year, a move to Grand Junction facilitated enrollment in Mesa State College to work toward an associate degree in nursing. She had worked at St. Mary's Hospital and Community Hospital, both in Grand Junction.
On Aug. 1, 1995, Warren-Cuppett married Charles J. Cuppett. They have one son, Derek Grant Warren-Cuppett.
Warren-Cuppett is survived by her husband, C.J. Cuppett, of Grand Junction; parents, Jim and Marna Warren, of Montrose; sons Shane Wolford, of Montrose and Derek Cuppett, of Grand Junction; daughter, Jade Wolford, of Rawlins, Wyo.; and brother, Jack (Sandra) Warren, of Grand Junction.
A memorial service was held at Martin Mortuary in Grand Junction on March 31, 2003.
