The second suspect wanted in connection with a series of car break-ins has turned himself in to the Moffat County Sheriff's Office.

Shane Allen Stockton, 18, surrendered to authorities at the Moffat County Public Safety Center at approximately 11 a.m. Friday morning.

Stockton was wanted on charges of first degree criminal trespass, complicity, tampering with physical evidence, theft, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful distribution.

Stockton and Michael Allen Holton, 19, are suspected of breaking into six cars in the Woodbury subdivision between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. on Jan. 18 and 19.

After their initial investigations, Craig Police executed a search warrant on two Craig residences last week.

The officers recovered a number of items that were reported stolen.

Holton was arrested Thursday night on charges of first degree criminal trespass, complicity, tampering with physical evidence and theft.

Stockton posted bond, and was released from jail on Friday afternoon. Holton is still being held on $5,000 bond, and was due to appear in court today.
