Craig Police have arrested one suspect in connection with the string of car burglaries last weekend.
Michael David Holton, 19, was arrested Thursday night on charges of first degree criminal trespass, complicity, tampering with physical evidence and theft.
Holton also was charged with possession of marijuana.
Between the hours of 10 p.m. and 5 a.m., Jan. 18 and 19, six cars were broken into near the Woodbury subdivision.
After their investigations, Craig Police executed a search warrant on two Craig residences, and recovered some of the items that were stolen.
Earlier this week, the Craig Police Department issued warrants for Holton and the second suspect in the case, Shane Alan Stockton, 18.
At approximately 10:30 p.m. Thursday, officers arrested Holton at 824 Aspen Ave.
He is currently in custody at the Moffat County Public Safety Center, with a bond of $5,000.
Authorities are still searching for Stockton, and have named him as the Crime Stoppers Fugitive of the Week.
Stockton is wanted on charges of first-degree criminal trespass, complicity, tampering with physical evidence, theft, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful distribution.
Anyone with information about Stockton should call the Craig Police at 824-8111 or Moffat County Crime Stoppers at 824-3535.
