Tyrel T. Miles

Army Pvt. Tyrel T. Miles has graduated from the light-wheel vehicle mechanic advanced individual training (AIT) course at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C.

Miles was trained to perform maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair wheeled vehicles and related mechanical components, including suspension systems, internal combustion engines and power trains, wheel-hub assemblies, hydraulic brake and steering systems.

Miles is the son of Tim E. and Donna K. Miles of Craig.

Christopher L. Pierce

Army Pvt. Christopher L. Pierce has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C.

During the training, Pierce received instruction and practice in drill and ceremony, marching, rifle marksmanship, armed and unarmed combat, map reading, field tactics, military courtesy, military justice, physical fitness, first aid, and Army history and traditions.

He is the son of Mike Pierce Craig and a 1999 graduate of Moffat County High School.
