Community members who plan to donate to Toys for Tots can help provide underpriviledged children with exactly the gift they want this year. With the help of Kmart, volunteers with the Toys for Tots program are sponsoring a gift tree. Ornaments that decorate the gift tree list a gift a child has requested on a Toys for Tots application form.
People may pick up an ornament, purchase the item listed and return it to one of several Toys for Tots drop-off locations including Kmart, American Northwest Realty, Community First National Bank, Robb's Market, First National Bank of the Rockies, Craig Ford, AT&T Cable and Moffat County United Way. Only new toys are accepted and they must not be wrapped.
Toy distribution will be Saturday so toys must be dropped off by Friday.
This year, there are 214 Toys for Tots applications.
