   Fact, HUD does not issue “permits allowing early construction to begin”. They have no position on how a hospital spends their own money, so TMH can grade and drill till their money runs out. HUD will either issue a loan guarantee or not, they are not in the business of issuing early construction permits, what crap!!

   Stan have you driven through the project? if the rest of it looks like what they have already done then they will be out of money way before they open the doors and the hospital will be sliding down the hill like the high school.

   I read something in the paper that said they had a board meeting comming up. Does anyone know when it is? Do you go the board meetings Stan? Do they allow people to voice their opinions? Do they care?

   I believe it is the last wednesday of the month. (today)
   I went to several meetings when this charade started. You may speak at a designated time, but their minds are made up. We were told a facility would be built regardless of public opinion.

   its like talking to a brick wall. Stan I'm new to this hospital thing. How do they get their positions? I don't remember ever voting for one.
