You say Parents are the third leg and that is true but do you realize that you also punish parents who try to do the right thing with THERE kids? What are we supposed to do when we ask the local law enforcement(what a joke!) for help and they say when the kid gets in trouble we will help and when your child sneeks out and you spank them then you are added to an abuse list for two years so finally the child ( who is now being called an adult) is incarcerated for years. Give Me a Break!

an employee who can't take the time to check an id should be fired. Todays employee pool wants to pick up a weekly check, but not do anything to get it.

sljsmom—It's been that way for a long time. When I was running a store, I had applications up to my ears. “Will you work week-ends?” No, “Will you work shifts?” No . I had to do it to get the position I had. Kids would come in, want a job, and not want to work. I don't know what has happened to the work ethic that was around when I was a kid. I just know it isn't there any more.

Parents that hand kids everything they want. Parents that are to busy trying to be friends with their kids instead of being parents. Parents that don't say “no” often enough.
