Increased spending has very little actual correlation to increases in academic achievement. Ineffective teaching methods are still utilized. More money doesn't offset that. Any ineffective teachers and administrators with tenure are not let go. More money doesn't offset that. The majority of kids coming out of the high school are under-educated. Most kids are not prepared for college level math as just one example.
The schools will get newer computers with the tax increase. Big whoop.
The community asks for an elective Bible class and gets stonewalled.
Not much give and take there or meaningful accountability.
Oh wait… the taxpayers do give money and System does take it.
