Arthritis Foundation Aquatics
The Northwest Colorado VNA hosts this Aging Well class 11 a.m. to noon, Mondays
and Fridays Oct. 1 through Nov. 30 at the Hampton Inn & Suites. The cost is $32 for eight classes, $50 for 16 classes
