Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association in Craig will provide FREE cardiovascular screenings from 9am to 5pm on October 19 at 745 Russell Street. Screenings include: Total Cholesterol, LDL, HDL, Triglycerides, blood glucose, and body mass index by appointment only. To schedule your screening appointment, call Karla Larsen, Community Health Educator at 875-1880.
