Dolly Parton's Imagination Library
Moffat County Youth United Way and Connection 4 Kids, the early childhood council serving Moffat and Rio Blanco counties, have brought Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library to Moffat and Rio Blanco counties.
The first event is planned for 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. on Nov. 8, at the Craig branch of Moffat County Libraries, 570 Green St.
