The Mental Health First Aid program is an interactive 12-hour course to provide skills around mental health literacy. This program helps individuals in the community to have a better understanding of common mental health issues by introducing participants to risk factors and warning signs of mental health problems, building understanding of their impact, providing skills for emergency situations with an overview of common treatments. Classes will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days. To register, email participant's name and email address to gtoothak@cwrmhc.org or all register at (970) 824-6541 Classes will be held at the Moffat County Public Safety Center Training Room, 800 W. 1st St. Craig.
