The Elks Club is hosting its annual basketball shoot-out. Saturday, Dec. 15, at 8 a.m., at Sandrock Elementary School. Ages 8 -13 years old. After the shoot-out, all participants and their parents are invited to the Elks Lodge for brunch and the awards ceremony. The children who win in their age group will have the opportunity to travel to districts. The winners of districts travel to the state shoot-out. The winners of state have the opportunity to travel to Springfield, MA for the national shoot-out. The Elks club covers all travel cost for the winners.
