Do they not still install pressure relief valves on these trucks????I think this company needs to step back and look at there equip.Just sayin
I believe more important than looking at their equipment would be a serious review of this companies safety practices. Taking short cuts or oversights such as this could lead to another fatal accident.
I would think their insurance carrier, if nothing else, would be forcing a safety "best practices" and safety education/procedures audit. So lucky that no one was killed this time.
Under investigation by whom? Has OSHA been called to look into this? Better a hit on the business to make improvements than another death, which by the sounds of it was narrowly avoided....this time.
