    This is just the first letter. Now I will get to work on the next. There are many subjects concerning our school district that we need to talk about. We are going to have to talk about making some changes in policies and people. We parents are going to have to step forward and make the cases for some of those hard changes.
    We must if we want to have a different outcome other than failure for our children. We must make these changes as a community because the people we have entrusted and paid to do this for us have failed.
    This is the beginning of that discussion.
