Well, Mr. Willshire, what is it? Don't pose a complaint without a possible solution. 'sides… what data do you have that this activity causes undue mortality in these animals, or is this just an untested theory of yours?

Flying aircraft to do counts should be wrong and it is harassment the just fined a pilot from Utah that was operating a flight for life helicopter to low to the ground and harassing the elk thats crap and they go out and do the same thing and its legal and every time they do there counts animals do die and are stressed and they mess up the counts
