Hmm… Blame the parents not the TEENS, I am an ex smoker and it was the tobacco industry that told me to smoke. It was the buzz. Just like alcohol and caffein. Come on lady get the point. Parents are usually the ones that influence teens to smoke. My father smoked and my grandfather smoked. It wasn't Joe Camel or the Camel t-shirts that made me want to try it. It is because I was raised around it. DUH
Let me guess N-CTRL is a not for profit organization taking tax revenue away from the citizens of routt county. You probably get the teens free nicotine patches (Phillip Morris) or the nicotine gum (Phillip Morris) to try to get them to quit? Yes? Well just give them condoms as well.
