I want to thank everyone at Craig Parks and Rec. for another fine job with the Doak Walker football league. This activity is great for the kids who participate. There is a lot more than just the football that is taught in this activity.
Our team the Broncos, learned about sportsmanship, teamwork, attitude, hard work, commitment, sacrifice, organization, rules, respect, compassion, and other great life skills.
All the families associated with our team did a great job to get the kids to practice and the games. I hope that spending time with your child and family a few hours a week is as beneficial to you as it is to me. I really enjoy seeing and hearing the cheers and fun enjoyed by all.
I wish every participant, parent, sibling, coach, the very best, and want to thank you again for keeping this activity a great stepping stone for our kids to use in their future.
Sincerely Mark Balderston, Coach of the Broncos
