I think fsbo home selling is great because it gives you the opportunity and power to sell alone. Real estate agents seem to hastle you or try to make you feel bad about trying being a for sale by owner..but if you ask me fsbo is the future. The economy is plummiting fast and people like myself can't afford to pay huge realtor commissions. I really like the diy home sellers website which is how I found this forum and I think the concept is a winner. I will be listing my fsbo property soon so keep checking back with me!
