    The right to be secure in your own home. They have to have a search warrent to search your house.

    I posted last night clearly defining the 4th Amendment and it isn't here.

    Again, they can enter and search your house or car without a warrant. They can enter and search your home without you being home or even knowing about it.

    They can listen in on your cell phone, land line, without a warrant or you knowing about it.

    They can trace, track and read your e-mail…..without a warrant.

    Bush was also given full immunity for all his crimes. The telephone companies received the same. Again, Obama Yes, Clinton No, McCain was a no show.

    its all coming back to me now. isn't fisa a bill so that our security agents can listen in on conversations with known terrorists outside of the country made to contacts outside or inside our country?

    50-From what I can make out, it is like we talked about earlier. So many key words in a conversation or e-mail and they can monitor you. Is that all bad? If it stops another attack, doesn't it help keep us safe?

    only as long as you can trust the government to stay within the laws with a secret court that the common person will never be allowed to hear anything about. Its a slippery slope.
