Are there really a lot of pregnant girls in Craig now? I was a student at Moffat County High School, but I just recently moved East. I hear there are a lot of pregnant teenage girls in Craig. Is this true? And if so, do any of them work at Wendy's? Any info would be helpful. Thanks.

If you are intelligent enough to log on to the Daily Press everyday via a computer to read the daily news, then you obviously have the ability to LEARN! Therefore, you should be able to assimilate into the prevailing culture. Therefore….I should not have to sift through the on-line paper trying to figure out which articles are in our native language of english! There is just something fundamentally wrong with trying to read about two children from Craig in spanish! i am not a prejudice person and come from a family of immigrants myself, however, they learned the language, paid the taxes and became functioning US citizens.
I currently live in a city that is over 80% hispanic and our local paper is in English. They are consciously choosing to encourage assimilation instead of just enabling a specific population. Maybe they remember the old melting pot days! : )
“assimilate” MEANS:To incorporate and absorb into the mind: assimilate knowledge.
To make similar; cause to resemble.
Linguistics To alter (a sound) by assimilation.
To absorb (immigrants or a culturally distinct group) into the prevailing culture.
