Ashly Marie Delay and Brandon Scott Shipman announce their Sept. 18, 2009 engagement.
Ashly is a 2006 Moffat County High School graduate, and is employed by Twentymile Coal Company. Brandon is a 2002 MCHS graduate and is employed by Pepsi Bottling Group.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Yvonne and Roy McAnally, and Jerry and Sandy Delay, all of Craig. The groom-to-be is the son of David and Kim Chapin, of Craig.
The couple is planning a July 31, 2010 wedding in Hayden.
