A celebration in honor of Chuck and Carol Orchard's 50th wedding anniversary is scheduled for 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Baggs Senior Center in Baggs, Wyo. Chuck Orchard and Carol Carr were married Dec. 26, 1959, in Dixon, Wyo., in the Episcopal Church. They have lived all their lives in the Little Snake River Valley. Chuck served in the Korean War. He was a hay contractor for years, built fences and later retired from H.B. Lee Construction in Baggs, Wyo. Carol is a homemaker and a member of Rebeccas Lodge. Chuck and Carol have five children: Starlene (Bobbitt) Pomeroy and husband Paul, of Casper, Wyo.; Terry Orchard and husband Gil, of Montrose; Mark and AnaLisa, of Baggs, Wyo.; Bill and Floydene, of Baggs, Wyo.; and Rod, of Craig. They have seven grandchildren: R.J. and Brandon Gibson, Kyle, Lindsey and Tyler Orchard, and Colton and Clay Orchard. They also have one great-grandson, Breckyn Gibson.
McKinney and Foster
Hugh and Margaret McKinney, of Huntersville, N.C., and Stephen and Julia Foster, of Craig, announce the upcoming wedding of their children, Beverly Suzanne McKinney and Bryan Lance Foster, of Burk, Va. Beverly is a 2000 Osbourn Park High School and 2003 Liberty University graduate. She works as a ministry assistant at Immanuel Bible Church. Bryan is a 2003 Moffat County High School and 2007 John Brown University graduate. He works as the director of lighting at Immanuel Bible Church. The couple is planning a Feb. 13, 2010, wedding at Immanuel Bible Church in Springfield, Va.
