Osborn and Carpenter
Larry and Reta Osborn, of Hamilton, announce the engagement of their son, Troy, to Kelly Carpenter, daughter of Lee and Jerri Carpenter, of Torrington, Wyo.
Troy is a 2000 Moffat County High School graduate. Kelly is a 2001 graduate of Southeast High School in Yoder, Wyo.
Both graduated in 2005 from the University of Wyoming with degrees in agriculture.
Troy is employed by the U.S. Forest Service in Meeker as a range specialist. Kelly is the district manager for White River and Douglas Creek conservation districts.
The couple is planning a July 19 wedding near Torrington, Wyo., and a reception will take place Aug. 2 in Hamilton.
