Charles and Mary Clark, of Portia, Ariz., and Tom and Dredra Maneotis, of Craig, announce the engagement of their children, Peggy Clark and Chris Maneotis, of Craig. The couple are planning an Aug. 8 wedding in Craig.

Cole and Heinschel
Ellen and Robert Cole announce the wedding of their daughter, Jennifer Ellen Cole, to Joel Eliot Heinschel, son of Julie and Don Benefiel and Kay Keinschel and Sue Hansen. The couple was married March 23 in Las Vegas, Nev. Edward Stahl, of Las Cruces, N.M., was the groom's best man and Gwen Offutt, of Pacific Palisades, Calif., was the maid of honor. Joel and Jennifer honeymooned in Kauai, Hawaii.
Joel is a 1994 Moffat County High School graduate. He received his bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from the University of Wyoming's theater and dance department. He is the production manager for Children's Musical Theater in San Jose, Calif. Jennifer is a 1995 high school graduate of Sacred Heart Preparatory in Atherton, Calif. She received her bachelor's degree in journalism from Pepperdine University. She received her teaching credential from Cal State East Bay and teaches third grade at Brittan Acres Elementary School in San Carlos, Calif.
