NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been presented to the Town of Hayden for consideration of a variance request. This request is scheduled to be heard during a Public Hearing before the Board of Adjustment on December 18, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. at the Hayden Town Hall, 178 West Jefferson Avenue. Any interested person may appear at such Hearings and present evidence upon this matter.
