CareTech Solutions is seeking a Field Engineer
to provide PC support for Yampa Valley Medical
Center in Steamboat Springs, CO.
The ideal candidate provides assistance to
employees with PC problems and
requests. Assists with the day-to-day
maintenance of hospital's PCs. Performs
installation, configuration and upgrade tasks. Serves as troubleshooter on end user computer problems. Manages the helpdesk requests,
Asset management, License management,
User administration, Escalates issues
appropriately, assists department manager in on-going assessment and upgrading of PCs; may research and evaluate hardware and
software, Keeps informed of most recent trends and technologies. On call responsibilities:
Able to provide technical guidance to
employees regarding computer problems
Critical thinking and trouble shooting skills
Good communication, interpersonal,
organizational and planning skills.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Candidate will be highly motivated having a
strong sense of urgency, high detail
orientation and adept at multitasking.
Candidate will also be a team player with
strong organizational skills, have a professional
appearance and positive attitude.
Must possess demonstrated customer relation
skills and technical abilities.
